Angler Entry Form

It is the responsibility of all anglers to read and fully understand the tournament rules, as entrants will be disqualified for non-compliance.  Entering the Tournament Series by clicking below constitutes an agreement that you have read and agree to the terms of the rules, and all subsequent updates.  In consideration for the entry fee and the agreements stated in this entry form, the Project Tarpon Texas Tournament Series agrees to permit you to participate in the tournament.  Each participant acknowledges that the prizes are subject to change. 

In the event of a rule violation, Tournament Officials may take whatever action they deem appropriate including, without limitation, disqualification or forfeiture of prizes and entry fee. All decisions of Tournament Officials are final.  Entrants waive any right challenge any decision made by Tournament Officials. 

By clicking below and submitting your entry, you agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge Project Tarpon, LLC and the Project Tarpon Texas Tournament Series (including their officers, directors, agents, organizers, officials, host(s), judges, sponsors, tournament participants, affiliates and any other person associated with Project Tarpon, LLC or the Project Tarpon Texas Tournament Series) from any and all claims, causes of action, losses, damages and liability of every kind that results in injury, death or damage of any kind, including but not limited to property damage, lost profits, direct damages and consequential damages which might arises out of or in connection with the Project Tarpon Tournament Series, whether such injuries, death, or damages are caused in whole or in part by Project Tarpon, LLC, the Project Tarpon Texas Tournament Series and their officers, directors, agents, organizers, officials, host(s), judges, sponsors, tournament participants, affiliates or any other person associated with Project Tarpon, LLC and the Project Tarpon Texas Tournament Series.  By signing below, you express the specific intent and agreement to forever release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge Project Tarpon, LLC, the Project Tarpon Texas Tournament Series and their officers, directors, agents, organizers, officials, hosts, judges, sponsors, tournament participants and any other person associated with Project Tarpon or the Project Tarpon Texas Tournament Series from the consequences of their own negligence and gross negligence, whether that negligence or gross negligence is the sole, contributing or concurring cause of the injury, death or damages. 

By entering below, you agree and affirmatively state that you have read and understand this release and indemnity agreement and you execute it of your own free will and accord.
